These terms and conditions apply to purchases made on this web shop, which is owned and operated by Hyggekompagniet IVS, CVR: 38159496, Phone: +45 51 22 25 14, Nørregårdsvej 5b, 1 tv, 3100 Hornbæk, Denmark.

By shopping at Hyggekompagniet.dk you must be 18 or older. If you are under 18 you may use hyggekompagniet.dk only with the involvement of a parent or guardian.

Pricing, Payment & Tax

Hyggekompagniet IVS accepts payment by Visa, Mastercard and Mobilepay. The payment will not be charged from your account before the physical item has been shipped from our warehouse.

All prices are listed with VAT and other fees included.

Payment is possible in DKK (Danish Kroner) and EUR (Euro).

In order to protect your credit card details, the payment is handled by an approved and certified payment module provider, which ensures that all details are encrypted so that neither Hyggekompagniet IVS nor any other party can access your card details. Hyggekompagniet IVS uses a payment gateway delivered by PensoPay.

Delivery

Delivery is carried out by GLS and we always provide a track & trace number on all orders.

Within Denmark the delivery time is 1-3 working days.

Within EU the delivery time is 3-5 working days.

Returns & Exchanges

According to Danish law, there is no right to withdrawal on food items.

However, if you find that your products are damaged due to transportation, then please take pictures and email them to our customer service, and please return the products. If you received an item where the fault cannot be spotted with the naked eye, please return the item, and you will be sent a new item.

Complaints and warranty

When you shop at hyggekompagniet.dk you have a 24-month right to complaint against defects and faults, which starts from the time you received the goods. You must make the claim within a reasonable time after you have found the defect or fault. A timely, justified claim means that you either get the item(s) repaired, get a price reduction or a refund depending on the specific situation.

If the complaint is justified we will refund you your shipping costs, if these are reasonable in the sense that a normal delivery company has been used. The right to complaint is void if the fault or defect was caused by the buyer for example as a result of incorrect use or repair.
